Manual Playtest Checklist

Title screen uses the current icon-based v0.9.x menu and does not show the old fullscreen v089 replacement. Menu subtitles are readable and separated from button labels. Settings / Accessibility uses polished toggle cards and saves correctly. New Traveler flow asks for name, identity, personality, origin, class, and keepsake. Enter Ashmere renders Ashmere directly without kicking back to title. Ashmere hub uses the v099 RPG menu with town art, icons, and traveler panel. Town Square, Mara, Brenn, Oric, Inn, Trader, Blacksmith, Sheet, and Archive work. Travel the Old Road works from Ashmere. Old Road Return to Ashmere goes directly back to Ashmere, not title. No visible Recovered Build / v0.6 / v0.7 labels appear in the main flow.

Ready. Run Smoke Test first, then use the manual checklist.

Automated checks verify loading, asset reachability, and core wiring. Game feel still needs manual testing.
